In order to affiliate with Game Sage, you must read through these terms and meet most, if not all of them. Also please note that Game Sage distinguishes between ‘primary’ and ’secondary’ affiliates, where ‘primary’ are the most important affiliates, having their link displayed on a lot of pages.

TO BECOME A PRIMARY AFFILIATE:
- As a large web site, we receive a lot of web traffic (hits). As such, we ask that your site receives in excess of 500 unique visitors per day on the day of application and on a regular basis. Please provide some web statistics as proof of this traffic.

- If your site has a PageRank of 5 or above, you may disregard the above criteria.

- You must own your domain name (.com, .org, .net, .co.uk, etc.); we will not affiliate with free-hosted web sites due to their unreliable nature.

- A maximum of one ‘pop-up’ or ‘pop-under’ page may appear on your page.

- On acceptance, you must place the Game Sage link or button on every page of your web site (excluding forums and topsite lists, should you wish).

- There should be a large amount of content on your page.

- Your site should be in some way related to video games, though exceptions may be made.

- Please note that we may reject your application even if you meet these terms. Having said that, we are also happy to make exceptions to our rules, though we would prefer you stuck to at least 4 or 5 of these before applying.

TO BECOME A SECONDARY AFFILIATE:
- Your web site should obtain around 50 unique visitors per day before applying.

- We request that our secondary affiliates place the Game Sage link on most of their pages.

- Our prospective secondary affiliates should note that their web site link will appear only on our affiliates page.

With these terms in mind, please email us with ‘affiliation’ and the type of affiliation you’re applying for as the topic. Also please provide as much information as possible about your web site so that we can gain a good understanding of your capabilities.
